Handmade in our Maine studio, this bracelet is the first of what I hope to be many "Golden Thread" pieces! I've chosen clear, soft purple amethyst beads for this piece, each with it's own tones and distinct matrix. I've strung these beads on glittering, metallic thread, and separated each amethyst with a careful, tiny knot. The use of golden thread gives the bracelet a medieval appearance, as if it was sewn from ancient Cloth of Gold!
