These are from the 40s or 50s, and they are meant to be worn by a man but work just as well for a blouse, trust me! These are clean, stretchy brass that imitate the way that elastic works - they slide over the wrist, over the sleeves of your shirt, and then can be used to hold sleeves in place anywhere on the arm!
