These simple bangle bracelets date to the 1980s or even a bit earlier. The coral is natural, and of a deep, rich red that is unusual to find in modern jewelry - it's been increasing in rarity day after day! The metal is .800 silver - silver that is 80% pure rather than the modern standard of Sterling silver, which is 92.5% pure. .800 silver was the international standard for centuries, and continued to be used in jewelry in certain places throughout the 1900's.
These are Himalayan in origin - most likely made in Nepal.
METAL: Silver .800 pure
GEM: Natural red coral cabochons - please note that one gem is missing in each bangle. Replacement gems may be available, please reach out for details.
