I was thinking about Aries season when I made this - about the planet Mars, and deep red stones against the blackness of space.
This necklace is a long mala of mixed beads - some over 100 years old, made of gemstone and wood, old glass and polished coral. I've knotted silk thread between each bead, allowing space for fingers during prayer or meditation - and providing stability and security to the gemstone beads.
Metal: Sterling silver Clasp and extension chain
Gem: Gemstones beads including Victorian era Amber, Antique glass, red Jasper, Garnet, black onyx, antique Victorian mourning glass, agates, Antique coral, antique jet, hematite...
Size: Beads measure between 4mm and 8mm round on average. Necklace is 30 inches long, and with extender can be worn at up to 34 inches.
